How It All Started
Hail On Wheels & Lil Stack Shack didn't start as a business plan — it started as a passion. A love for bold flavors, good vibes, and the energy of a packed festival crowd. We took that passion, put it on wheels, and hit the road.
What began as one truck quickly became two — because one couldn't hold all the flavor. Hail On Wheels brings the savory heat: smash burgers, loaded fries, and street food done right. Lil Stack Shack brings the sweet chaos: mini donuts, churros, Dubai cups, and everything your sweet tooth has been dreaming about.
Florida-based and nationwide ready, we've rolled through festivals, fairs, sporting events, concerts, and private celebrations across the state and beyond. Every stop is a new crowd to feed, a new memory to make.
